The Dundee Fashion Guide

Last week I went to Dundee for the first time ever (bar stopping off via the train to Aberdeen when I went to uni there), and it was unexpectedly fashion-filled and fun. I'd heard some amazing things about the small Scottish city, with its newly developing modern waterfront, highly esteemed art schools and a host of talented fashion brands and manufacturing, so I thought I'd take a day trip and compile a fashionista's guide to Dundee.

First up, here are the stores you need to be shopping at and the brands to fall in love with if you're a fly guy or gal in Dundee:

So what are you waiting for? Dundee is the place to be right now for fashion lovers. In fact, it has been awarded UNESCO City of Design, the first in the UK. I had such a great time on my day trip, massive thank you to Mandi Candi and Hayley Scanlan in particular for giving me a great welcome to the city! I'll be back for more shopping, that's for sure!

From the 24th-29th May, head along to the Dundee Design Festival 2017, for workshops, exhibitions, demonstrations, performances, films and forums.
